Tom is the initiator and motivator of PF Cortex Consulting. He gets projects off the ground, keeps everyone moving forward, and knows how to push through inertia when energy is low.

Tom thrives on momentum and is the first to tackle tasks that no one else wants to start. Life outside work can throw him off occasionally ( maybe a sick child or a last-minute home repair) but he always finds a way to get back on track. When Tom is present and focused, the team’s productivity skyrockets; when he’s distracted or delayed, projects linger in limbo.
