Richard is in charge of making sure nobody blurts out something they’ll regret in the staff meeting (or at least he tries to stop them).

He’s a great worker, but can honestly be a wet blanket on fun sometimes. When Richard’s on vacation, chaos tends to ensue: impulse purchases for the office (those $1000 ergonomic chairs just seemed so right for improving office morale), last minute Friday afternoon happy hours that may or may not have been put on the business credit card without asking….you get the idea.
